In 2014 Soikat Hossain completed his Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from the University of Dhaka.

He has participated in numerous group exhibitions and has held two solo exhibitions. As one of the emerging artists of Bangladesh, he has established a distinctive artistic practice through his continued exploration of contemporary visual expression. His work reflects the perspectives of a new generation of Bangladeshi artists.
